We invited customers and ADV fanatics alike to join us for her special presentation, but before we kicked things off our very own Owen B. held a special Desert Preparedness class.
Owen spends more time riding through the deserts of California than most of the rest of us spend riding anywhere, so who better to answer questions about what to bring along and how to pack your bike for an excursion into an unforgiving landscape? Owen enlightened a group of riders on a number of items, from physical objects like an umbrella (for much needed shade, of course) and water to ways to prepare yourself and your bike for the trek.
Then it was time for the main event. Tiffany fired up her presentation as the crowd enjoyed their pizza, then it was time for a virtual journey alongside one of the world’s most prolific adventure travelers.
Tiffany proceeded to blow our minds with her stories from her travels. One learns a lot about themselves, and about the world around them, when they travel as extensively as Tiffany has.
